REFECTOCIL Oxidant 3% 100 ml
The Oxidant is to be used with RefectoCil Henna. One bottle lasts for approx. 100 uses.
Professional product to be used in beauty salons.
Directions/ How to use:
Using a spatula mix 2 cm of the dye with approx. 10 drops of the oxidant. Apply to eyelashes and eyebrows. The duration time: 5 to 10 minutes, after this time the effect will be darker. Wash off the remains with warm water.
