The creamy emulsion developer is intended to lighten hair with Blondor Freelights Lighteners. There are three concentration levels, to be used depending on the desired results.

The patented Blondor Freelights formula is based on two main components: white lightening powder and developer with 6%, 9%, 12% concentration levels.

How to use: Always refer to the instructions included. Use with Blondor Freelights Powder from Wella. Always combine in the right proportions. Use protective gloves.

Result: Naturally looking hair. It is nourished, regenerated, lightened and shiny.
